Shining light on Pilates truths, honoring Joseph Pilates,

and supporting you in your Pilates journey.

                              Spring Power = Muscle Power

Spring power equals muscle power...right? Or is the spring tension just ending up in your wrists?

In last week's newsletter I began a segment about how you can get the most out of your Pilates practice on the Reformer.

Part 1 was about by paying close attention to the placement of your hands on the Footbar.

Here is the link to that previous newsletter's YouTube video: https://youtu.be/Oe3cK2mrgB0?si=Wbl3TmZBjXnTk5et

Today, I want to continue my thoughts and give you more tips on how to further transform the spring power to muscle power.

Reformer Spring Tension = Your Muscle Strength

Take a look at this new video and find out how else you can get the most out of what the Pilates Reformer has to offer.

Next time you are on the Reformer don't forget to remember why you are working with springs.

Happy Pilates:)
