The Classical Pilates repertoire offers us an array of exercises that strengthen our feet and ankles. In addition, we have at our disposal small apparatus such as the Foot Corrector and the Toe Gizmo. Next time you are at your Pilates studio, try them out.
Addressing your foot/ankle health will directly improve the health of your legs, knee joints, hip joints and even your spine.
