STEP-BY-STEP VIDEO TUTORIAL

Make it easy on yourself.

Try these six exercises first, before getting on the Pilates Reformer.

As intriguing as it is, the Pilates equipment can present a challenge. Before you get on the Reformer, feel the basic Pilates concepts in your body first. Get to know them at your own pace and in the comfort of your home.  Avoid the "first time on the Pilates Reformer" confusion.

A Note from Joanna

“I created this video to help you take the first step in finding out what Pilates method feels like in your own body. I want you to try each exercise and assess what your weakness is and where you need to improve. Even though these 6 exercises are the "basic", the first exercises to learn, they are by no means the easiest to execute. Try them, see where your body is at and start building strength, stamina and flexibility.

By now, you know that practicing Pilates is good for you. You just have to take the first step. Why not start at your own pace and inthe comfort of your home. Whgen you come to the studio, you will be better equippeds to handle all the new informations or have tons of questions for us herew at Harmonious to clarify for you.  Happy Pilates :)!  Joanna
